CO2PED Team at AESOP Conference

In the beginning of July '24, the CO2PED team travelled to Paris, to attend AESOP, a conference that brings together spatial planners and urbanist working on diverse topics. During this conference we presented the research we are planning for the CO2PED project and had discussions on how we can improve our research. In particular, a question regarding the need to repoliticize the conversation on energy transitions sparked our interest.

Apart from the enriching discussions, the conference was the perfect opportunity for the CO2PED team to meet in person. After a meeting where we reflected on the research steps taken so far, and the making of a timeline with the future steps, we organized an informal lunch. It was a valuable moment to connect, reflect on our progress, and align our goals, reinforcing both our research direction and our collaboration as a team as we move forward.
